TENDER NOTICE NO. CPR-01/11

For all photographic works, a rate contract is to be fixed for a period of 2 years in favour of BHEL, Bhopal. Sealed Tenders (Under 2 part Bid System) are invited from Photo Studios established within a radius of 5 Kms from Administrative Building, BHEL, Bhopal and having their own studio for last 5 years. Only those studios who can provide complete Photography services need apply. Each Tender (Technical & Commercial) kept in separate envelopes should be kept together in one envelop and sealed.

Tender documents can be obtained from 22.07.11 to 03.08.11 during the working hours from the office of AGM (C&PR) Ground Floor, Admn. Building, BHEL, Bhopal on payment of Rs. 200/- (Non refundable) through demand draft drawn in favour of BHEL, Bhopal payable at Bhopal. Alternatively this can be downloaded from BHEL ’website www.behlbhopal.com’ . Separate DD of the aforesaid amount (EMD+Tender Fee) shall have to be enclosed with Technical Bid documents in case documents downloaded from website.

Last date of submission of tender documetns is 05.08.2011 (upto 11.00 hrs.) Technical Bid will be opened on the same day at 14.00 hrs.
