1.      Details of the work:

1.1.          Start date of selling in person             :           23/01/2012

1.2.          Last date of selling of tender               :           09/02/2012 up to 15:00 Hrs

1.3.          Date of submission of tender             :           13/02/2012 up to 11:00 Hrs

1.4.          Date of opening of tender                   :           13/02/2012 after 14:00 Hrs

2.      The tender document may be obtained from the office of MANAGER,COMMUNICATION DIVISION,COMMUNICATION BUILDING .BHEL PIPLANI,BHOPAL,M.P.-462022 by submitting a bank draft of tender fees on any working day up to 17:00 Hrs. Alternatively tender documents can also be downloaded from our website: www.bhelbhopal.com, or www.bhel.com and DD of tender cost shall be sent along with the offer.

3.      All the corrigendum/corrections will be given on our website www.bhelbhopal.com only.

4.      The offers shall be dropped only in the “TENDER BOX FOR WORKS CONTRACT” placed in the tender  room located in Administrative building, Ground Floor, BHEL,Bhopal plant up to 11:00 Hrs. of due date. Tenders sent by post shall be dispatched sufficiently in advance to account for any postal delays . The PART –I of tender (EMD,TENDER FEES,TECHNO-COMMERCIAL  BID)shall be opened on the same date at 14:00 Hrs.
