1        Sealed tenders (in two bid system) are invited from the parties who are experienced and regular service provider in the filed of Repair & Maintains of Process Plant Instruments. Tenders are invited for maintenance of Process Plant Instruments as mentioned in Annexure-I for a period of two years. Tender should have experience of at least 3 years in the above field and should have a annual tern over of more than 5 Lakhs.

2        The contract is of non comprehensive type. The spares & consumables used during maintenance shall be supplied by BHEL.

3        Last date for obtaining the tender documents is 27/10/2011 up to 04.00PM.

4        Tender to be submitted by 28/10/2011 up to 11.00 AM.

5        Part ‘A’ Techno-Commercial bid of the tender shall be opened on 28/10/2011 on 02.00 PM at Tender Room, Ground Floor, Administrative Building, BHEL, Bhopal.

6        Tender document can be obtained by depositing a DD of Rs.500/- at the office of Manager- TSD Deptt.

7        Earnest money of Rs 40000/- will be accepted by DD in the name of BHEL.Bhopal . This must be enclosed with tender document in part A of Techno-Commercial bid.

8        The tender may visit the plant to assess the quantum of work, before submitting the tender.

9        The tender is also available at our BHEL-Wed site. The down loaded tender documents shall be enclosed with a DD of Rs. 500/- (Rs.Five Hundred only) .DD shall be payable to BHEL, Bhopal.

10   They must furnish the following documents along with the offer:

a.                  Information as per Annexure-II of Tender Document.

b.                  Details of work carried out during the last three years
