1        Sealed tenders (in two-bid system) are invited from the parties who are experienced and regular service provider in the filed of Repair & Maintenance of Attendance Recording Clocks. Tenders are invited for maintenance of 250 nos. Attendance Recording Clocks and one number Factory Siren for a period of one year. Party should have experience of at least 3 years in the above field and should have a annual turnover of more than 5 Lakhs.

2        The contract is of Comprehensive type. The rates quoted shall include maintenance services and supply & fitting of spares & consumables. All applicable taxes shall be quoted separately.

3        Last date for obtaining the tender documents is 31/07/2010 up to 3.00 PM.

4        Tender to be submitted by 02/08/2010 up to 11.00 AM.

5        Part ‘I’ Techno-Commercial bid of the tender shall be opened on  02/08/2010 on 02.30 PM at Tender Room, Ground Floor, Administrative Building, BHEL, Bhopal.

6        Tender document can be obtained by depositing a DD of Rs.500/- in favor of BHEL Bhopal from the office of Manager, TSD, BHEL Bhopal.

7        Earnest Money of Rs 20000/- will be accepted by DD in the favor of BHEL.Bhopal. The DD shall be enclosed with tender document in part A of Techno-Commercial bid.

8        The tenderer may visit the plant to assess the quantum of work, before submitting the tender.

9        The tender is also available at our BHEL-Web site “bhelbhopal.com“. In case of downloading tender document from website, the tenderer shall submit DD of Rs 500/- (Rs. Five Hundred only) in favor of  BHEL, Bhopal as tender fee and shall  enclosed along with part I of Techno-Commercial bid.

10   They must furnish the following documents along with the offer;

a.      PAN Number

b.      P.F. Account No.

c.      E.S.I. No.

d.      TIN No.

e.      Details of work carried out during the last three years
