INVITING TENDER FOR PREPARATION OF STEEL RACKS
Sealed quotations are invited from reputed firms for the following in two part bid:-
Preparation of steel racks by Cutting/Fitting, Welding, Clearing and Painting Aprox size :1600 L x 1000 W x 2800 H having 3 partition at interval of 700.
Please give a quotation for above activity. You are requested to submit your quotation latest by 09.01.2012 (Monday) before 11:00am.
The details of NIT is as follows :-
1. Qualification requirement:- Only those firm who has executed at least one job work of welding successfully only be eligible to participate in this tender. The firm have also ESI certificate & IT PAN no.
(The bidding firms shall submit at least one work order copy welding work & its completion certificate. Only the firms meeting the above requirements shall be qualified technically for further processing of tender)
2. No. of Job – 30.
3. Size of Job – 1600 L x 1000 W x 2800 H having 3 partition at interval of 700mm.
4. Supervision - Complete supervision by contractor.
5. Skill reqmt - Skilled worker.
6. Materials- All materials, welding m/c electrodes, cranes etc to accomplish the work to be provided by BHEL at free of cost.(except safety appliances).
7. Working time- I / IInd shifts even on Sundays/ holiday
8. Payment basis - On completion of work ( to be checked & verified by user deptt).
9. Period - work shall be done within 3 months from date of issuing W.O.
10. Safety & others - Safety appliances to the workers to be ensured by the contractor. The contractor shall ensure that no damage is caused to any person/any existing work/property of BHEL/other parties working inside the factory and solely responsible for any such incident.
11. EMD- Nil
12. The sealed envelop (containing duly signed Part: I : NIT, General terms & conditions, exp certificate, ESI, PAN no etc in one envelop and Part:II : only price bid in separate envelop) super scribed with NIT no. should be dropped in the tender box (Green colour) in the tender room, ground floor, Admn Bldg, BHEL, Bhopal. The offer received after 11:00am will not be considered on due date.
13. The representative of the firm must bring their authority letter to witness the offer opening from 2:00PM onwards.
14. Price bid will be opened for only those firms which are found to be technically competent in Part-I (Technical bid).
