Sub.:- Enquiry for Deploying suitable crane or cranes (in two part bid) to execute a work as per the scope of work in BHEL, Bhopal Block-2. Weight of job-100 MT placed on a wagon of 1.2 Mtr Hieght. The work piece (100MT, (L) 5 Mtr X (W) 4 Mtr X (H) 4 Mtr) to be positioned on its sole plate (Foundation) near wagon.

Sealed tender are invited on the above subject. Tender documents containing the scope of work, other terms and condition can be obtained from the undersigned from dt 04/11/11, by submitting request with DD of Rs. 500/- payable to BHEL at Bhopal.
The quotation duty filled in will be accepted up to dt. 14-11-2011 at 11:00 AM. They shall be opened on the same day at 14:30 PM. Quotation is to be deposited in the Tender Box kept in administrative Building Ground floor, BHEL Bhopal.
Kindly send your sealed quotation along with your PF No., ESI No., Labour License no, Income tax clearance certificate and Registration no. Those contractors not having even one of these documents shall be disqualified . Service tax, as applicable, is to be reported separately and necessary documents to be produced. The envelope should have “Quotation for Deploying suitable crane or cranes at BHEL Bhopal (EM Block-2) for shifting of 30MVA Generator (100 MT) from wagon to foundation” written on top.
