2. The tender cost is to be deposited through D.D. favoring "B.H.E.L Bhopal" or cash in BHEL cash office in code head no. 529-793-00.
An amount Rs 100/- will be charged extra if the tender document is required by post.
3 The Earnest Money shall only be accepted in the form of Cash/DD or Pay Order payable at "B.H.E.L Bhopal".
4. Tender received after the tender time i.e. 3.30 PM will be treated as late tender and in normal circumstances will not be considered. 5 The tender documents can be had from the office of Dy. Manager (C) TCL-Plg., Hostel No. 4, Piplani, BHEL, Bhopal Ph. no. 2502794.
B. The following conditions shall be acceptable to the contractor.
1. Penalty for delay in completing of the work shall be levied @ 1% per week upto a maximum of 10% of contract value.
2. Execution of work less than 90% of contract value without department's instruction will attract penalty of 10% on contract amounts.
3. Penalty @ 2% per month subject to maximum of 10% of bill amount will be charged on late bills at the discretion of department.
4. General terms & conditions of contract for civil work shall be applicable for these contracts. Special terms & conditions shall be given along with tender document.
5. Rate should be quoted including all taxes and duties in the Price bid.
6. BHEL reserves all the rights to reject/cancel any or all the tenders without assigning any reason.
