PRESS TENDER

Sealed quotations under two Bid system are invited from Third Party Inspection Agencies and other agencies working as Ancillary  or Sub-Contractor to BHEL and involved in manufacturing ,inspection and erection and commissioning of  BHEL  Bhopal Products  having operations in India and are  interested to carryout  inspection  of items ordered by BHEL  Bhopal on local industries in and around Bhopal against   Tender Spec.NO.BP/QIX/TPIA/2011 REV. 01, Date:12.11.2011 which will be  available for downloading from  BHEL Bhopal  website – www.bhelbpl.co.in .The Bidders are requested to regularly visit the above specified  site to see if there are any Amendments  w.r.t. to the Tender Document and take them in to account before submission of Bid. The completed Tender to be  deposited in Tender Box provided at Tender Room at Ground Floor, Administrative Building, BHEL  Bhopal along with separate Demand Draft  drawn in favour  of   “Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited – Bhopal” towards (1) Tender Fee  =  Rs. 500/-(Non refundable fee) (2) EMD  = Rs. 2/- Lakhs both attached with Techno -Commercial Bid  Part -I

Tender submission and  opening will be as per  following schedule :
