Project Division BHEL, Bhopal invites sealed bid in two part (Part-I: Techno-commercial Bid; Part-II:Price Bid) for following work from experienced and financially sound bidder who fulfill the qualifying criteria contained in the tender document:

Name of work	Providing engineering services for design & detailing of compressor building, equipment foundations and associated mechanical & electrical works pertaining to refurbishment of 5x200 MW Obra “B” TPS, Unit 9 to 13 at OBRA for UPRVUNL, Uttar Pradesh.
Earnest Money	NIL
Tender cost	Rs. 1000 in the form of DD drawn in favour of BHEL Bhopal or it can be deposited in cash with BHEL cash office and money receipt be enclosed with techno-commercial bid
Due date & time of bid submission	On or before 25.01.2010,1330 Hrs
Due date & time of bid opening	25.01.2010, 1400 Hrs onward
