TANKS
Tenders are invited in two bid system (One Techno-Commercial bid & other Price Bid) in different sealed envelopes. The sealed envelopes should be properly marked “Techno commercial Bid” and “Price Bid” and these envelops be placed inside a bigger envelope/cover super scribing SUPPLY OF LIQUID MEDICAL OXYGEN IN SUPPLIERS OWN PORTABLE TANKS ,Tender NO.MM/MED/ E-94110547. The due date of opening for Techno commercial Bid is on 09/01/2012 & Price Bid on16/01/2012.
The location of Portable Tanks will be - OT side ,and at ICU side at Kasturba Hospital, BHEL, Bhopal. These tanks will be required to be refilled with Liquid Medical Oxygen on as and when required basis.
Estimated Tender Value: - Rs. 517500/- (Rs. Five lakh seventeen thousand five hundred only) approx. for the year.
Tender documents can be obtained from Incharge (Medical purchase), Kasturba Hospital, BHEL Habibganj, Bhopal-462024 against payment of tender fees Rs.500/- (Rs. five hundred only) by DEMAND DRAFT (DD) in favour of M/S BHEL, Payable at Bhopal from 31/12/2011 to 07/01/2012 on any working day between 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
BHEL reserves the right to accept or reject any of the bid/all the bids or cancel or withdraw the invitation of tender without assigning any reason whatsoever and in such case bidder/intending bidder shall not have any claim arising out of such action by BHEL.
