TPTN Division need not respond against this notice. Tenders may not be
considered if Draft of tender fee / receipt of cash deposit at BHEL Bhopal not
enclosed (applicable if documents down loaded from the web site).

cancel or withdraw the invitation of tender without assigning any reason
whatsoever and in such case no vendor shall have any claim arising out of such
action by BHEL.

No legal or contractual binding relationship will exist between BHEL and
any of the respondents and or enlisted parties until execution of a contract
agreement through tender process.
