Offers are invited for carrying out Balancing of fully Bladed and finish machined Steam Turbine Rotors (HP, IP & LP rotors) 195MW to 270MW capacity/Unit.
The weight range of rotors is as follows:-
i) HP rotors --- 7MT to 10MT
ii) IP rotors --- 15MT to 18MT
iii) LP rotors --- 32MT to 60MT
Balancing to be carried out in Vacuum Tunnel as per International Standards and Vendor should have experience of balancing (rated Speed and over speed) of Siemens, GE make turbine rotors.
Detailed Tender with technical specifications and estimated annual requirements are hosted on our website www.bhel.com and www.bhelbhopal.com. Interested, reputed Indian and Foreign vendors, agents may submit offer in two part bid system i.e.
i) Techno-commercial Bid: Shall cover confirmation to Qualifying Criteria & complete Technical Details as indicated in Part-1 - Qualifying Criteria and Part-2 - Technical Part.
ii) Price bid: Shall furnish only the Price. Both Techno-Commercial bid & Price bid must be duly signed by representative of the firm and are to be enclosed in two separate sealed envelopes clearly indicating Enquiry No.E-1603067 (Techno-Commercial Bid) and Enquiry No.E-1903067 (Price Bid) on the respective envelope and then to be posted in one single envelope & must reach tender room of material management BHEL Bhopal on or before due date (By 11 A.M.). Due Date shall be 31st August 2010.
On due date only Techno-Commercial offers shall be opened and after scrutiny, suppliers, who are found Technically in line with our requirement, their price bid shall be opened, for which advance information shall be given.
