Sealed quotations are invited in Two Part Bid System (Techno-Commercial Bid – Part : 1 & Price Bid – Part : 2, separately) for procurement of MATERIAL FOR UPGRADATION OF 3-AXES CNC,DRIVE & MOTOR PACKAGE INCLUDING ERRECTION & COMMISSIONING IN AMADA TURRET PUNCH M/C. ITEM NO.9/A/2084 OF SWM DIVN AS PER LIST OF ITEMS ATTACHED & SPECS AS PER ANNEXURE-I,II & III ENCLOSED.

Tender documents can be purchased from DGM (MM-Coordination), Tender Section, Ground Floor – Western Wing, Administrative Building, BHEL, Bhopal till 26.03.2010        (05.00 PM) against payment of Tender Fees of Rs.1000/- (non-refundable) by Demand Draft in favour of BHEL, Bhopal. Alternatively, tender documents can also be downloaded from our website www.bhelbhopal.com, however, tender fees of Rs 1000/- by Demand Draft should be submitted alongwith Techno-Commercial Bid – Part : 1.

Sealed tender should be submitted in Two Part Bid System only on or before 11.00 AM on 27.03.2010.   Tenders shall be opened on the same day at 02.00 PM.

BHEL’s authorized agency will contact the technically acceptable bidders for “Online Reverse Auction”, on the date notified separately . In case the Reverse Auction mode is considered inappropriate , due to any reason , the Price Bid (part-2) of only the technically acceptable vendors shall be opened giving minimum  3 days notice.
