Sealed quotations are invited in Two Part Bid System (Techno-Commercial Bid – Part : 1 & Price Bid – Part : 2, separately) for procurement of ‘SIEMENS make spares for MASTER DRIVE’ and ‘SIEMENS make spares for CNC m/c’.

Tender documents can be purchased from AGM (CMM-Coordination), Tender Section, Ground Floor – Western Wing, Administrative Building, BHEL, Bhopal till 17.05.2011 (05.00 PM) against payment of Tender Fee of Rs.1000/- (non-refundable) by Demand Draft in favour of BHEL, Bhopal. Alternatively, tender documents can also be downloaded from our website www.bhelbhopal.com, however, tender fee of Rs 1000/- by Demand Draft should be submitted alongwith Techno-Commercial Bid – Part : 1.

Sealed tender should be submitted in Two Part Bid System only on or before 11.00 AM on 18.11.2011. Tenders shall be opened on the same day at 02.00 PM.

The price bid envelop would be kept sealed which would be opened at a later date for only those suppliers who would qualify in the techno – Commercial bid. Alternatively, BHEL may decide to go for reverse auction through computer for any of the above option, the bidder would be intimated in advance. The price bid envelops would be opened only if the reverse auction is not conducted or not successful or the results of reverse auction not acceptable to BHEL
