Sealed quotations are invited in Two Part Bid System (Techno-Commercial Bid – Part : 1 & Price Bid – Part : 2, separately) for procurement of of Two Part Bid System (Techno-Commercial Bid – Part : 1 & Price Bid – Part : 2, separately) for procurement.RETROFITTING/UPGRADATION OF INVERTER CONTROL SYSTEM OF ELECTRO-HEAT INDUCTION BRAZING M/C LEM, HRP  TYPE- EHV 400/3/200 KW, ASPER SPECIFICATION ENCLOSED.

Tender documents can be purchased from DGM (MM-Coordination), Tender Section, Ground Floor – Western Wing, Administrative Building, BHEL, Bhopal till 15.02.2010        (05.00 PM) against payment of Tender Fees of Rs.1000/- (non-refundable) by Demand Draft in favour of BHEL, Bhopal. Alternatively, tender documents can also be downloaded from our website www.bhelbhopal.com, however, tender fees of Rs 1000/- by Demand Draft should be submitted alongwith Techno-Commercial Bid – Part : 1.

Sealed tender should be submitted in Two Part Bid System only on or before 11.00 AM on 16.02.2010.   Tenders shall be opened on the same day at 02.00 PM.

BHEL’s authorized agency will contact the technically acceptable bidders for “Online Reverse Auction”, on the date notified separately . In case the Reverse Auction mode is considered inappropriate , due to any reason , the Price Bid (part-2) of only the technically acceptable vendors shall be opened giving minimum  3 days notice.
