Sealed Tenders in two part bid system are invited for entering into rate contract for one year for supply of 2463 MT ± 30% of Continuous Cast Copper Wire Rods of dia 8 to 26 mm and above under enquiry No. E-7013024.
Tender documents can be purchased till 11.08.2011 against payment of non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 1000/- or US $ 25/- payable by DD/Banker’s cheque favouring BHEL payable at Bhopal, India from the office of the undersigned.
The tender documents down loaded from the website www.bhelbhopal.com or www.bhel.com shall be acceptable along with tender fee. The tender should be submitted in our tender room addressed to Sr. Manager (MM-Copper), 2nd Floor, Administrative Building, P.O. Piplani, BHEL, Bhopal - 462 022 so as to reach not later than 11.00 am (IST) on the due date of 12.08.2011 and bid part-I shall be opened on the same day after 2.00 pm (IST).
Tenders will not be considered if :-
(1) Draft of Tender fee not enclosed (applicable if documents down loaded from the web site).
(2) Tender not submitted in two bid i.e. techno-Commercial bid part-I along with dully signed ‘Integrity Pact and price bid part – II in separate envelops.
(3) not submitted in time i.e. tender received in our tender room, after 11.00 hrs (IST) of due date will not be considered in any case.
