EOI  for Running of Canteen in BHEL, Bhopal

 

Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd, Bhopal invites EOI from reputed Contractors for providing Canteen Services to the employees (Preparation and Distribution of Tea, Snacks, Meals as well as House Keeping) in its Staff Canteen. The Contractor must :-

  1. Have atleast 3 years of experience (as on 31.12.20009) in running Industrial Canteen.
  2. Be able to provide services to around 1000 employees on a daily basis and must have experience to this effect.
  3. Be experienced in maintaining utmost standard of hygiene and cleanliness.
  4. Adhere to the best of quality and quantity as per the Menu provided by BHEL
  5. Be able to provide timely services as per Schedule issued by BHEL
  6. Be able to meet any contingency/emergency situations and shall be able to provide prompt services.

          Interested  Contractors may  submit  EOI  alongwith document fee of Rs.1000/- payable in the form of Demand Draft drawn in favour of BHEL, Bhopal payable at Bhopal with detailed profile of the Firm/Company,  Facilities, Work experience, Financial Capabilities, executed work orders/contracts, etc in Tender room (Works Contract Box), Administrative Building, Ground Floor, BHEL, Bhopal. Incomplete Application form or application forms received late shall be rejected. Last date for RECEIPT of filled in application forms in all respect is 29th January 2010.
