Sealed tenders under two part bid system are invited from reputed and approved agency having experience in “Annual Service Contract for Preventive Maintenance of all the 5 CNC machines & Chips Conveyors of Golden Jublee Block”
The tender documents may be obtained from the office of Sr.DGM (FHX), Field Hydro Maintenance, Bay – 4, Block – 1, BHEL Bhopal by submitting an application on the letter head of the firm along with the receipt of Demand Draft of Rs. 200/- from Nationalized Bank in favor of M/s Bharat Heavy Electrical Limited, Bhopal duly acknowledged in cash section of BHEL towards tender documents cost on any working day up to 14.30 Hrs on 26/08/2011.
Alternatively tender documents can also be downloaded from our Website: WWW.bhelbhopal.com. In such case acknowledgement from cash section for payment of Rs. 50/- towards tender documents cost can be deposited along with tender documents.
The tender offer will be received up to 11.00 hrs on 29 August 2011 in the tender room Techno-Commercial (Part – 1) bid will be opened at 14.00 Hrs on the same day in the tender room ADM Building Ground Floor. Bhopal.
