Sealed tenders for Comprehensive AMC for Repair & Preventive Maintenance of equipments of Kasturba Hospital, OHS & Dispensaries, invited from reputed parties under two part bid system (One techno-commercial bid & other Price Bid). The parties having experience of executing at-least one annual contract for repair/maintenance of medical equipments in a hospital run by a BHEL unit or by any Government hospital or any reputed hospital of minimum 100 beds, in last 5 years, are only eligible for participating in the tender. Documentary proof will have to be submitted to support the experience.
The tender documents may be obtained from the office of Dy. Manager (Med. Maint.), Kasturba Hospital, Bhopal by submitting an application on the letter head of the firm on any working day up to 5.00 PM on 06/09/11. The tender offer will be received up to 11.00 hrs on 09/09/11 in the Tender Room, Techno-Commercial (Part–1) bid will be opened at 14.00 Hrs on the same day in the tender room located at Administrative Building, Ground Floor, BHEL Bhopal.
