Sealed tenders under two part bid system (One techno-commercial bid & other Price Bid) in different sealed envelopes clearly mentioning Tender Notice No. & Due Date, are invited from reputed parties. The party must be either the manufacturer of PC’s or must be a authorized service centre of reputed PC manufacturer (HP, HCL, WIPRO, IBM, ZENITH etc.) and must have successfully undertaken AMC of PC’s and peripherals of at least 20 PC in a single location during past five years.
The tender documents may be obtained from the office of Maintenance Engineer (EMX), WE&CS Department, CAT Building, First Floor, BHEL Bhopal by submitting an application on the letter head of the firm along with DD of Rs. 500/- towards tender cost on any working day up to 16.00 Hrs up to 07/11/11. An amount of Rs. 50/- will be charged extra if the tender documents is required by post. Alternatively tender documents can also be downloaded from our Website: www.bhelbhopal.com.

(1) The tender cost is Rs. 500/- (Rs. Five hundred only).
(2) EARNEST MONEY: A sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousands only) in the form of either cash, to be deposited in our cash office and receipt is enclosed with tender or in form of bank draft/pay order shall be enclosed with tender. Tenders not submitted with earnest money are liable to be rejected. Earnest money of deposit of unsuccessful offers would be returned within 15 days after the award of work order.
The tender offer will be received up to 11.00 hrs on 11/11/11 in the Tender Room, located at Administrative Building, Ground Floor, BHEL Bhopal.Techno-Commercial (Part–1) bid will be opened at 14.00 Hrs on the same day in the tender room.
