from reputed parties having experience in maintenance of medical equipments. Details are as follows:

1.2) Last date of selling of Tender : 18.11.2011 up to 4.00 PM
1.3) Date of Submission of Tender : 21.11.2011 up to 11.00 AM
1.4) Date of opening of Tender : 21.11.2011 after 2.00 PM
2.0) The Parties should have necessary skills and expertise for the maintenance of radio remote controls and drives of the
EOT cranes. They should be either manufacturer of RRC systems or reputed service providers who have successfully under
taken AMC of RRC systems of at least 50 EOT Cranes in a single location during past five years.
3.0) The tender documents may be obtained from the office of Maintenance Engineer (EMX), WE&CS Department,
Centre for Advanced Technology (CAT) Building, First Floor, BHEL Bhopal by submitting an application on the letter head
of the firm along with DD of Rs. 500/- towards tender cost on any working day up to 4.00 PM. An amount of Rs. 50/- will
be charged extra if the tender documents is required by post.
4.0) Alternatively tender documents can also be downloaded from our Website: www.bhelbhopal.com, and DD of tender
cost shall be sent along-with the offer.
5.0) All the corrigendum/corrections will be given on our website www.bhelbhopal.com only.
6.0) The offers will be received in the Tender Room located at Administrative Building, Ground Floor, BHEL Bhopal up
to the last date/time of submission of tender mentioned above. The Techno-Commercial (Part-1) bid will be opened 2.00 PM
7.0) PF Number, ESI Number & PAN No. are to be submitted with the offer.
