NOTICE INVITING TENDER
NIT: - CRX/CEMENT-2/2011-12/W-10 Dt. 07/01/12
(1) Central Receiving Stores division, BHEL, Bhopal invites tender in single bid system from reputed & experienced contractors for the following work:-
Scope of Work:-
i. Unloading of cement bags from railway wagon and do stacking in cement
Sheds 30,000 bags
ii. Unloading of cement bags from railway wagon, loading in truck transporting them to a shed located at distant area within factory premises and do unloading, stacking therein 22,000 bags
(2) Contractors who are interested to submit the tender are required to pay Rs.500/- towards tender cost. Tender cost is to be paid in the form of DD or by paying cash at BHEL cash counter. Bank DD/Money receipt of Rs. 500/- must be enclosed with tender documents. Tender received without tender cost will be rejected.
(3) The bidder has to obtain PF certificate, ESI certificate, Labour License or any other requirement as per Labour Laws etc before commencing the work. Copy of income tax PAN card is required to be enclosed with tender documents.

Above mentioned criteria should be met by the bidder himself and not by any associate firm.
(4) Date of commencement of work: The date on which cement rack arrives in BHEL Bhopal.
(5) Contract Period: - Full 3 months from the date of commencement. However, the work for a specified quantity is to be completed within 4 days from the date of commencement and work has to be executed continuously round the clock till the unloading of complete racks. In case of any delay or failure in carrying out work entrusted by BHEL the CRX department will be free to get the work executed through alternate sources at risk and cost of the contractor for which no claim shall be entertained.
(6) Earnest Money Deposit
3.1 EMD of Rs.20000/- is required to be deposited through cash/DD in favour of BHEL Bhopal. Money receipt/bank DD of Rs.20000/-must be enclosed with tender documents. Tender shall be rejected if EMD is not paid by the tenderer.
3.2 Contractor who have deposited onetime/standing EMD, of rupees Two lacs need not to pay EMD.
(7) Last Date of Bid submission : Date:- 13/01/12 upto 11:00hrs
Date of Techno-commercial bid opening : 14:00 Hrs on the same day
