NOTICE INVITING TENDER
NIT:- CRX/WC/Loading Auto/2011-12/W-5
(1) Central Receiving Stores division, BHEL, Bhopal invites tender in single bid system from experienced and reputed contractors for the following work :-

Hiring of 3 wheeler loading auto (1T capacity) along with material handling facility in CRX division. |

The aspirant contractor may purchase the tender @ of Rs. 500/- Contractor may pay amount through cash at BHEL cash counter or may enclose DD of Rs. 500/-. Tender received without tender cost are liable to be rejected.
The work shall be required to be done normally from 8.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. but working hours may vary according to the need of the work
(2) Date of commencement of work: Within 7 days from the date of issue of LOI/W.O.
Contract Period:- Full 12 months from the date of commencement.
(3) Earnest Money Deposit
As per works policy 2008 (clause 8.1.1) of BHEL, contractor has to deposit Earnest Money as per below mentioned particulars.
- Works costing up to Rs. 2 lakhs : Nil
- Works costing more than Rs. 2 lakhs and up to Rs. 5 lakhs : Rs. 10,000/-
- Works costing more than Rs. 5 lakhs and up to Rs. 10 lakhs : Rs. 20,000/-
- Works costing more than Rs.10 lakhs and up to Rs. 20 lakhs : Rs. 40,000/-
- Works costing more than Rs.20 lakhs and up to Rs. 30 lakhs : Rs. 60,000/-
- Works costing more than Rs.30 lakhs and up to Rs. 50 lakhs : Rs.1,00,000/-
- Works costing more than Rs.50 lakhs and up to Rs.100 lakhs : Rs.1,50,000/-
- Works costing more than Rs.100 lakhs :Rs. 2,00,000/-
Note:-contractors who have deposited one time EMD of Rs.2,00,000/-need not to deposit EMD along with tender documents.
Money receipt or Bank DD of EMD Amt. must be enclosed with tender. Tenders without EMD shall be rejected.
(4) Last Date of Bid submission : 21/10/11 upto 11.00 A.M.
Date of Techno-commercial bid opening : After 02:00 PM on the same day
(5) Venue for Submission of Bid and Opening of Bid:

Sealed envelop of bid must be dropped in the green colour tender box exclusively provided in tender room for works contract.

(7) Bid should be addressed to Sr.DGM CRX.

(c) Name of work:-Hiring of 3 wheeler loading auto (1T capacity) along with material handling facility in CRX division for one year.
