Sealed tenders are invited for Works Contracts for as below as per Scope of Work (Part I – Technical bid in one sealed envelop & Part II– Price bid i.e. Rates & Value of work in second sealed envelop and both Part-I & Part-II in top envelop) from the experienced Contractors registered and working either with BHEL/ PWD/ Railways/ CPWD/ MES /Govt. / Semi Govt. / Govt. Undertakings and having adequate financial capability & experience of similar nature of work.  Salient details are as under.

1.0     Following documents must be furnished for getting tender documents.

1.1     Photocopy of Registration Certificate of

          (a)      Provident Fund from Regional Fund Commissioner. Those Contractors who do not have PF code number, may participate in bid and in case L1, they have to get PF code number before deploying contract labour

          (b)      ESI certificate from ESI Authorities.

1.2     Labour Licence from Dy. Labour Commissioner required at the time of work order with validity.

1.3     Photocopy of Permanent Account Number of Income Tax (PAN)

2.0    The tender cost is to be deposited in the form of D.D. or cash in BHEL cash office. 

2.1     Earnest Money shall only be accepted in the form of cash/DD or pay order payable at BHEL, Bhopal.

2.2       The tender documents can be had from the office of Sr. Mgr (MS) Block No. 2/ FF/ EW, Piplani BHEL, Bhopal (Tel. No. 250-3773).

2.3     BHEL reserves all the rights to reject/cancel any or all the tenders without assigning any reason.

2.4     Penalty for delay in completing of the work shall be levied @ 0.5% per week to a maximum limit of 10% of contract value.
