1.      Tender document may be obtained from the office of Sr. DGM(CDC) Block VI - Annexe, Ground  Floor, Western Wing, BHEL, Bhopal on any working day between 10.00 am to 4.00 pm on submission of Money Receipt of Rs. 500/- (Rs. five hundred only, which may be obtained after depositing Rs. 500/- at cash counter of administrative building, BHEL, Bhopal. Tender document may also be downloaded from our web site www.bhelbhopal.com . However, the tender document must be submitted alongwith a money receipt/Demand draft in favour of BHEL, Bhopal  of Rs. 500 (Rs. five hundred) as cost of the document.

2.      Last date of purchase of tender document is 14 January, 2012 upto 3.00 pm.

3.      Last date for submission of tender document is 16/01/2012 at 11.00 am in the tender room of Administrative Building, BHEL, Bhopal.

4.      Tender Part-I (Technical) will be opened on 16/01/2012 at 2.00 pm  at same place.

5.      Earnest Money deposit will be in the  form of DD only in favour of BHEL, Bhopal.
