1. Sealed envelopes of bids one each of technical and price bid super scribed “Part-I Technical Bid” and “Part-II Price Bid” and are to be kept in a Single big envelope super scribed “Tender No. CDC/E-00280” This shall be dropped in the tender box named “CDC/E-00280” in the Tender Room, Administrative building, Ground Floor, Western Wing, Piplani, BHEL, Bhopal on or before 11.00 am of 17.10.2011. Tender will be opened same day i.e. 17.10.2011 at 2.00 pm at same venue.

3. Cost of tender document is Rs.500/- which may be paid through cash/DD in favour of BHEL Bhopal. Money receipt of Rs. 500/- or DD is to be enclosed with Technical Bid.
