Expression of Interest Notice no ; MM /ASC/EOI/11-12
Expression of interest is invited for machining of TM 4601 End shield (spare requirement) .The work is carried out on job work basis, (i.e Raw material will be issued free of cost by BHEL on loan basis against a suitable bank Guarantee as per BHEL norms ).Annual requirement machining of TM 4601 End shield (spare requirement) is appox. 400-500 nos as per drawing and technical specification.
Interested vendor ,having expertise and past experience in the above work are required to furnish details of their organization ,facilities ,experience etc within a month from the date of the publication of EOI may be sent to “Pravakar Das , AGM , Ancillary & Subcontracting Division, P.O. Piplani Bhopal- 462022 " by post or by email to pdas@bhelbpl.co.in .
This is call for Expression of Interest and does not constitute a solicitation. Invitations to bid or requests for proposals and any subsequent purchase order will be issued in accordance with the rules and procedures of BHEL. Suitable vendors (who are not registered with us ) shall be registered , for which vendor registration form can be downloaded from our website http://www.bhel.com & http://www.bhelbpl.co.in/mm/

BHEL reserves the right to accept or reject any of the responses or cancel or withdraw the invitation of tender without assigning any reason whatsoever and in such case no vendor shall have any claim arising out of such action by BHEL.
