Bhel Bhopal invites Formal Quotations in two part bid from reputed Contractors/Vendors, for Complete Machining of IP inner casing (operation no. 03 to 33 of technological process) on job work basis, as per point 3 of technical annexure T1, quantity - 5 nos., as per E2813636 (Machining Facilities : CNC Horizontal Borer with suitable attachments/rotary table of suitable capacity (wt: 20 T or more) to facilitate the machining (Joint Facing, drilling, tapping, thread whirling, vertical boring & horizontal boring) of IP Inner Casing as per drgs & technological process enclosed, CNC Vertical Borer of Table Dia 2500 mm * Height 2500 mm & Ram traverse 2000 mm or more (wt: 20 T or more), Crane/slings for handling IP Inner Casing (Wt: 20 T or more).
The tender documents fees shall be Rs. 1000/- (Rupees one thousand only) in the form of a DD in favor of “BHEL Bhopal” payable at Bhopal. The tender documents may be downloaded from our website-http://www.bhelbpl.co.in/www.bhel.com or may obtained through post. If the documents are downloaded from our website, the offer must contain the DD, failing which the offer shall stand rejected. Complete offers must reach on or before 11.00 am of 20/03/2012 in the tender box located at Tender Room, Admin building, ground floor, Piplani Bhel Bhopal-462022.
