Bhel Bhopal invites Formal Quotations in two part bid from reputed Contractors/Vendors, for machining of IP Shaft without coupling holes and gate milling on job work basis, as per point 3 of technical annexure T1, quantity - 7 nos., as per E2813604 ( Machining Facilities: CNC Lathe with 1100 mm or more swing over carriage, 6000 mm or more admit between centre (ABC) and weight carrying capacity 18T or more with suitable milling arrangement for blade insertion groove (separate blade insertion groove machining facility is also acceptable). CNC Horizontal borer with floor plates to machine coupling holes. Crane/Slings for handling IP Shaft (Wt. 18T or more).
The tender documents fees shall be Rs. 1000/- (Rupees one thousand only) in the form of a DD in favor of “BHEL Bhopal” payable at Bhopal. The tender documents may be downloaded from our website-http://www.bhelbpl.co.in/www.bhel.com or may obtained through post. If the documents are downloaded from our website, the offer must contain the DD, failing which the offer shall stand rejected. Complete offers must reach on or before 11.00 am of 13/03/2012 in the tender box located at Tender Room, Admin building, ground floor, Piplani, Bhel Bhopal-462022.
