Bhel Bhopal invites Formal Quotations in two part bid from reputed Contractors/Vendors, for machining of HP Shaft including coupling holes but without gate milling on job work basis, as per point 3 of technical annexure T1, quantity - 5 nos., as per E2813601 (CNC Lathe with 700 mm or more swing over carriage, 6000 mm or more admit between centre (ABC) and weight carrying capacity 8T or more with suitable milling arrangement for blade insertion groove (separate blade insertion groove machining facility is also acceptable). CNC Horizontal borer with floor plates to machine coupling holes. Crane/Slings for handling HP Shaft (Wt. 8T or more).
The tender documents fees shall be Rs. 1000/- (Rupees one thousand only) in the form of a DD in favor of “BHEL Bhopal” payable at Bhopal. The tender documents may be downloaded from our website-http://www.bhelbpl.co.in/www.bhel.com or may obtained through post. If the documents are downloaded from our website, the offer must contain the DD, failing which the offer shall stand rejected. Complete offers must reach on or before 11.00 am of 09/03/2012 in the tender box located at Tender Room, Admin building, ground floor, Piplani Bhel Bhopal-462022.
