Bhel Bhopal invites Formal Quotations in two part bid from reputed Contractors/Vendors, for Blade insertion groove machining as per blade plan TR4 & 5 of drg. 9-10304-12000 & Fir- Tree groove machining of LP Shaft as per drawings mentioned in technical annexure T1, on job work basis, quantity - 1 no., others terms & conditions as per enquiry no. E2813504 (Machining requires CNC Horizontal Borer (Spindle Dia. 160mm or more) with programmable indexing facility (wt: 41 T or more) and suitable hydrostatic steady rests (2 nos.) / or CNC Lathe with programmable indexing facility & suitable milling head to carry out fir tree machining, Crane/slings for handling LP Rotor of 41 T).
The tender documents fees shall be Rs. 1000/- (Rupees one thousand only) in the form of a DD in favor of “BHEL Bhopal” payable at Bhopal. The tender documents may be downloaded from our website-http://www.bhelbpl.co.in/www.bhel.com or may obtained through post. If the documents are downloaded from our website, the offer must contain the DD, failing which the offer shall stand rejected. Complete offers must reach on or before 11.00 am of 16/02/2012 in the tender box located at Tender Room, Admin building, ground floor, Piplani Bhel Bhopal-462022.
