To have effective and stringent quality control and to ensure over all reliability, BHEL entered the field of manufacture of diodes & thyristors in collaboration with M/s Siemens, West Germany. Our Electronics Division (EDN), Bangalore has a large manufacturing and testing facilities for these devices.
