congratulate all the employees of BHELfor their unstinted contribution in
setting new records of performance during the year 2012-13. Consistent high
performance while operating in a highly competitive business environment has
enabled BHEL to attain the Maharatna status on 1st Februray 2013. With this BHEL
is now a member of the prestigious group of Maharatna companies comprising seven
PSE's. This Maharatna status is a commendable acheivement but it also brings
with it the added responsibility of sustaining high performance levels.
